Design and Realization of Large-complex Construction Engineering Intelligent Schedule Plan Management System

On the basal theory of lean construction and multistage plans,authors analysed necessity of intelligent schedule plan management system,brought up the data flow,hiberarchy,functional structure and difficulty.Lastly,authors educed that intelligent schedule plan management system based on lean construction is an effective way of large-complex construction engineering schedule management from comprehensive analysis.
