Research on Selection Method of Parameters in Main Circuit for Four-leg APF

AC side inductance L and DC bus voltage Vdc are the very important parameters of active power filter(APF),which affect the system compensation performance directly.The selection method of these two parameters was studied,based on the mathematical model of four-leg APF.The selection method of L was discussed in detail for the sake of tracking compensation current and suppressing ripple current.While the threshold value of Vdc was derived with the help of vector graphics analysis method.The simulation model with SVPWM control strategy based on generalized integrator was established in Matlab,in which the value of L and Vdc is derived from the method discussed.Simulation results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
