Application of PERT in the BPR under the Environment of SCM

The methodology of BPR in the environment of SCM—— — PERT is introduced in the paper and it is applied in the BPR of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Container Terminal Corporation.Some optimizing proposals are presented.
