Multi-Scale Control of Integrating Time-Delay Processes

This paper presents a new multi-scale control scheme for controlling time-delay processes. The performance of the multi-scale control scheme is compared with some of the modified Smith predictors and the conventional PID controller. It is worth highlighting that the multi-scale control scheme provides improved performance over the modified Smith predictors and the conventional PID controller.
