3-output demodulation of interferometric fiber-optic hydrophone

The process for eliminating the average laser intensity in the signal in the 3-output demodulation method of a Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interferometric fiber-optic hydrophone seems easier,but the result differs from the primary method. The disposal process was theoretically analyzed in detail, and the analytic conclusion was simulated and validated. The result shows that the process has theoretic limitations and should be chosen cautiously.
