A method to compensate for probe positioning errors in an antenna near field test facility

A method is presented to compute the electric field at points on a perfect planar surface from the electric field measured at points on a nearby non-planar surface. Such a method is useful in relaxing the mechanical requirements for a near field measurement facility.
