Analysis and Simulation of Vibration Source of Certain Inline Four-cylinder Engine

In this paper,an inline four-cylinder engine is studied,the kinematic and dynamic model of this engine is founded.On the basis of kinematic analysis of the engine using MATLAB software,the main vibration sources of this engine,the second-harmonic reciprocating inertia force and the overturning moment,are computed and simulated.And the characteristics of vibration sources are obtained,which provides necessary data for the engine vibration control.
