The Microlink Case

In this chapter we show how the Organizational Consultant decision support system was applied to a small software company. The company and its history are presented. The transformation of the company specific information to the many questions asked by the expert system is then given with a short rationale for the questions. Then, the initial results are provided. Next, the concept of a sensitivity analysis is introduced and illustrated. Finally, the interpretation and proposals for changes in the organization are discussed.
