NMR analysis tools for the peptide sciences

NMR spectroscopy is well recognized as a powerful and information-rich analytical tool, however, it sometimes places requirements on sample quantity, quality, or preparation that are not easily met. We have been working hard to alleviate these restrictions. Three of our developments resulting from this work are discussed, including: the development of the smallest-volume NMR probe for solution-state work that is commercially available; our
