Indoor Navigation System Design Based on Particle Filter

Accurate indoor positioning service which can be used to assist firefighters, military attack, or find the stores in shopping malls is widely used. Considering the hardware construction, equipment upgrade cost is higher, we investigate how to develop an indoor navigation system on a smart phone connected to the Internet in detail. This system comprehensively uses all kinds of network adapter, acceleration sensor, electronic compass to collect user data, so as to establish a cheap, and accurate navigation system for the user. The system ensures data accuracy through multiple sensors sampling at the same time. The real-time routing matching algorithm can help user to go to destination by chosing the best path.
