Double-nozzle flapper-style hydraulic servovalve simulation based on sphere wear

Double-nozzle flapper-style hydraulic servovalve is widely use in aerospace. In the force feedback link, the sphere is prone to wear and tear, leading a deterioration of the no-load flow characteristics. Based on simplified automatic control model of the servo valve and the non-linear link caused by the wear, this paper uses simulink to qualitatively analyze the relationship between the wear situation and the volume of the jump variable.
