Ku 대역 위상배열 수신을 위한 SiGe BiCMOS 다기능 칩 설계

A multifunction chip for Ku-band phased-array receiver front-end using 0.25 ㎛ SiGe BiCMOS technology is designed. The multifunction chip is composed of LNAs, 5 bit digital phase shifter, 5 bit digital attenuator, and driving amplifier. The designed multifunction chip exhibits gain of 30 to 38 ㏈, noise figure of 4.4 ㏈m with phase and amplitude control function in 10 ~ 13 ㎓ frequency band.
