The invention provides a steering control method and device as well as a vehicle. After a maximum steering angle of a vehicle is obtained, a steering assisting mechanism of the vehicle is controlled to apply acting force to a steering wheel to limit a steering angle controlled by the steering wheel within a range of steering angles smaller than the maximum steering angle according to the maximum steering angle. When the steering angle of the vehicle is excessively large, the vehicle is destabilized, and when the steering angle of the vehicle is smaller, the condition of destabilization of the vehicle is avoided, so that the condition of destabilization, caused by steering, of the vehicle can be effectively avoided by the application of the acting force for limiting the steering angle of the vehicle to the steering wheel through the steering assisting mechanism.
