Granuloma faciale: Erfolgreiche Behandlung mit Hydroxychloroquin und topischer Steroidanwendung okklusiv

Zusammenfassung: Es wird uber ein Granuloma faciale = Granuloma eosinophilicum faciei bei einem 53-jahrigen gesunden Mann in doppelter Auspragung berichtet: paranasal und praaurikular. Die Hautveranderungen waren unter Behandlung mit Hydroxychloroquin 2 mal 200 mg oral1 und topischer Steroidanwendung okklusiv2 im Verlauf von 2 Monaten zufriedenstellend rucklaufig.
