P2P (Peer To Peer) technology based streaming media distribution method

The invention relates to a data distribution technology and discloses a P2P (Peer To Peer) technology based streaming media distribution method. The replication of streaming media data is accelerated through the uploading bandwidth of nodes which are located in a firewall and accordingly the buffering time is reduced and the quasi-synchronous playback between the nodes is ensured. According to the scheme, BUFFER_MAP messages are broadcast after the nodes join into a network to implement transmission based on the breadth of the network and the message received nodes determine whether the messages need to be forwarded or not according to an integrated decision; PROBE_PARTNER messages are broadcast to implement transmission based on the depth of the network, other partners are found, periodic running and statistics is performed on the communication traffic processing process between the partners, and partners which are less in communication traffic are eliminated; the quasi-synchronous playback of the nodes is ensured based on the principle of new data block priority scheduling when the scheduling process is triggered and a corresponding algorithm is executed through a target node to determine whether data pushing needs to be accepted or not after a data pushing request is sent to the target node from a certain node. The P2P technology based streaming media distribution method is suitable for streaming media distribution.
