Installing method of bogie vibration damper and positioning clip for the same

The invention relates to the technical field of transport machinery, specifically to an installing method of a bogie vibration damper of a railway truck. The installing method comprises the steps as follows: putting a damper spring into a wedge cavity, pressing the wedge and the damper spring into a wedge installation groove on a swing bolster through an outer pressure device so that the damper spring has pre-compression quantity; locking the position of the wedge through a positioning clip and then removing the outer pressure device; packaging the vibration damper with the positioning clip into a centre square frame of a side frame, and prying the positioning clip from the upper part of the swing bolster after assembling it at proper position. The invention further provides a positioning clip for the installing method, comprising a connecting rod and a right-angle hook which is connected with two ends of the connecting rod. The invention can conveniently connect a pair of wedges which is pressed into two sides of the swing bolster into a whole by one positioning clip. The positioning clip can be taken out from the upper part of a splayed inclined plane of the swing bolster by a simple crowbar after the swing bolster side frame is assembled in place so that the component assembling efficiency of the control-type bogie vibration damper is improved.
