DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF SOIL-FLUID-TANK INTERACTION DUE TO EARTHQUAKE EVEN DYNAMICKÁ ANALÝZA INTERAKCIE PODLOŽIE-TEKUTINA- NÁDRŽ POČAS ZEMETRASENIA

Abstract: In this paper the results from numerical analysis of the seismic resistance of the steel tanks necessary for NPP safety system EBO are presented. There is showed the summary of calculation models and calculation methods for the analysis of the high tanks supported by circular foundation strip and the solid concrete block following the international requirements of IAEA in Vienna. In this work the results of soil influence and consideration of fluid vibration on the entire structure systems are analyzed. The foundation is modeled with space elements, tanks with shell elements and fluid medium with space fluid elements. Analysis of the structural model response to the excitation by generated synthetic accelerograms as of a non-linear system with gaps in elastic supports has proved the safety of the upgraded structure. a maximum of 150 words, Times Roman 10 pt, italic, 12 pt space before, after paragraph 6 b., offset left and right 1.3 cm, single-spaced. 1.
