Dynamic resource allocation for self-similar traffic in ATM network

In order to achieve efficient resource utilization in an ATM network, we present a dynamic resource allocation model for self-similar traffic that employs input traffic prediction and parameter estimation. The performance of the proposed model have been evaluated by mathematical analysis and simulations.
