A method for the quantitative assessment of autoradiographs.

Abstract An optical system for scanning autoradiographs is described. It is based essentially on forming a band pattern of the grains in a strip of the autoradiograph by means of a cylindrical lens camera and on the photoelectric recording of the distribution of band intensities along the strip.
