해석적 기법을 통한 시트 모듈의 BSR 소음 예측 평가에 관한 연구

The BSR noise is induced by impacting or rubbing on each part, sound quality of BSR noise which mean as sound tone, interval and intensity is determined by material characteristics, assembly pattern and impact characteristic of paired parts. In this paper, it is suggested to generate real BSR noise by sound synthesis method to synthesize the virtual sound generated from the result of the transient analysis on seat module and the BSR Noise Pattern which sound characteristic extracted from the specimen test as effect of material properties and environment change. It is conducted comparative study with real BSR sound and generated sound to improve the appropriateness of the BSR noise expectation.
