볼파우더 적층을 통한 RF소켓 개발

This paper describes flexible RF socket for testing rf components. It consists of silicone rubber insulator, gold powder and fixed housing. This topology compares to pogo pin which are Johnstech and ECT Co. This concept has some advantages that are about 15° bending flexibility, wideband frequency over 10㎓ and low loss IL characteristic. Matrix ball Intergration effects rigid cable structure which reduce mutual inductance and improve skin effect. Silicone rubber insulator have er=3.2 and gold powder's diameters are 40㎛. RF socket made by about 1,080pcs ball powder. We tested rf socket for LNA IC.
