Analysis and Characterisation of Line Drivers Activity in Strongly Automated Shops

Abstract To-day industry is characterised by the growth in the interactions between human and technological actors working in workshops. This induces a modification of human activities and functions. The purpose of the here presented study is to provide some model of the activity of operators in view of a better design and organisation of automated shops. This analysis makes a contribution to the knowledge on human behaviour in complex systems.
