강재이력댐퍼를 적용한 초고층 건축물의 풍진동 제어 설계사례(안)

Wind vibration control of high-rise building by using steel hysteretic damper is presented. Recently, Interest of high-rise building is increased. Therefore, It is necessary to have a design management capacity. Especially, wind vibration control is important to improve stability, serviceability and economic efficiency. Vibration control devices used in Lateral force resisting system is mainly mass type such as TMD, TLD. However, It has the disadvantages in terms of cost, workability and maintenance. In order to solve this problem, Steel hysteretic damper is applied to the L-Tower(currently planned) and analyzed lateral displacement control effect by using time history analysis.
