LMI approach to design of robust state observer for uncertain systems with time-delay perturbation

This paper is concerned with the robust observer design problem for a class of uncertain systems with time-delay perturbation. An efficient LMI approach is developed to solve the problem. A numerical example is provided to illustrate our main result.
