Impacts of Demand-Side Management on T and D - Now and Tomorrow

A review is made of the impacts of demand-side management programs on a utility's transmission and distribution facilities. Expected results are compared between supposed and real impacts. Relative impacts of transmission vs. distribution circuits are reviewed.
