Resource modeling to support manufacturing process optimization under uncertain environment

To provide support for manufacturing process optimization of large electromechanical products,a resource modeling method based on capability was proposed according to the features of manufacturing resources and process of large electromechanical products.Manufacturing resources were described mainly from three perspectives,such as resource capability,transition of resource status and service cost of resource.By realizing resource combination based on resource capability,an automatic dynamic mapping between process and resource was supported by capability description of resource.Moreover,status transition of combined resource and service cost of resource were also provided.Then,an optimization of dynamic process under uncertain conditions supported by this model was put forward.Finally,effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of turbine rotor machining.
