Design of RF control system of accelerator based on Profibus and Ethernet

In this paper,a kind control system is designed based on Profibus-DP and Ethernet,according to the control demand of RF transmitter,which is applied successfully to strong electric magnetic environment of high frequency transmitter.The control net-work is constructed by adopting PLC,which is key controller,and distribution I/O control mode.PLC software design and human ma-chine interface design are completed by utilize respectively Step7,and Wincc.Finally,the paper introduces detailed hardware configu-ration,function,frequency fine tune,software design,and network structure of system.The system is successfully designed and ap-plied,which predigests the network structure,and improves the stability and reliability of RF system.
