A Synthesis on Enterprise Knowledge Transfer

This paper has summarized researches from four aspects at domestic and abroad concerned with the connotation of knowledge transfer, the process of knowledge transfer, the performance of knowledge transfer, and the conditions and factors that influence knowledge transfer. Brief comments on the whole studies of enterprise's knowledge transfer also have been done in the end.
