The invention relates to the related technical field of battery voltage acquisition, in particular to a battery voltage acquisition method and a battery voltage acquisition system based on a linear temperature compensation algorithm. The method and the system are used for sampling battery voltage and supplementing to acquire a voltage corrected value in a battery management system. The method comprises the following steps of: sampling the battery voltage to acquire voltage V; calculating a temperature drift correction factor delta Vt related to external temperature; and calculating the voltage corrected value V'=V+delta Vt. A temperature drift correction algorithm is adopted in the battery management system, so that voltage acquisition accuracy is high; the temperature drift correction factor is added, and particularly a secondary compensation method is adopted in high and low temperature areas, so that the voltage acquisition accuracy is obviously improved; and meanwhile, the battery voltage can be accurately measured, so that a battery can be well protected and used.
