스크류 볼트 형상검사를 위한 머신비전 시스템 개발

The machine vision system is applied at automation inspection field of the industrial whole actively. Especially, the machine vision system showed a many effect at difficult inspection field by contact method. In this paper, it constructed the automatic system to inspect screw/bolt shape using the machine vision system. The Inspection method used pattern matching method which that search similar degree of the lucidity, the average lucidity, length and angle of inspection set up area using a circular scan and a line scan method. This inspection system is composed the feeding device, transfer device, vision camera, lighting device, controller and computer ect., and the separation discharge system of inferiority product according to inspection result. The performance experiment of this system measured the feeding speed, the shape correct degree and the separation discharge speed according to type of screw/bolt. The performance test result showed a satisfied result in whole inspection items. Presently, this inspection system is being used in the manufacturing process of Screw/Bolt usefully.
