LTPEM 연료전지의 실시간 모니터링을 위한 Labview 설계

Fuel cells have come up as a potential alternate to conventional power sources because of high efficiency and no toxic gas emissions. The full fledge implementation of fuel cell requires a smart monitoring system to ensure longer durability and smooth operation. In this work, an intelligent and cost effective monitoring system is proposed. The monitoring system design is based on Labview platform, and the proposed monitoring system can be easily implemented to the present fuel cell control system with minimal cost. The advantage of the system is less complex wiring and easy implementation. In this methodology, a small sinusoidal current or voltage signal is impressed on the fuel cell stack and the corresponding voltage or currentsignal is measured. The measured signal is analysed for harmonic contents and in-depth analysis leads to the determination of cause of failure in the stack. The control action can be initiated based on the cause of failure. The NI-Labview platform is used in the development of the methodology because of its quick acquiring and processing capability. The harmonic contents changing at a fast speed requires the acquiring and processing to be quick enough. The implementation of the present monitoring system would reduce the overall cost of the system considerably.
