A driving mechanism is arranged between each positioning support and each positioning pin in a transmission manner, and is used for driving the positioning pin to extend upwards to match with a positioning pin hole on an engine correspondingly during installation of the engine and driving the positioning pin to retract into the guide sleeve to release from the engine after installation of the engine. Since the engine positioning mechanism is arranged on the mounting platform, the engine can be positioned quickly and accurately by plug matching between the pin holes arranged at the bottom of the engine and the positioning pins of the positioning mechanism, and further the problems of time and labor wastes and poor centering precision in manual centering during replacement of the engine are solved.
