The invention discloses an intelligent power grid control system. The intelligent power grid control system comprises a real-time monitoring module, a cloud base station, a cloud computing center and a power utilization scheduling module. The real-time monitoring module is used for monitoring power consumption of a user in real time and transmitting monitoring data to the cloud base station through a network. The cloud base station is connected to the real-time monitoring module through the network and is used for receiving the monitoring data. The cloud computing center is connected to the cloud base station through the network and is used for preprocessing the monitoring data and storing a preprocessing result. Statistics and analysis are performed on the preprocessing result. According to a statistics and analysis result, a power utilization scheduling scope value is determined so that a power utilization scheduling scheme is generated. The power utilization scheduling module is connected to the cloud computing center and is used for executing the power utilization scheduling scheme of the cloud computing center and analyzing an execution result.
