Scientific-technical and organizational-economic problems in introducing energy conservation technologies

Different types of energy conservation installations that generate electricity are considered. It is shown that backpressure turbines of 500 to 25 000 kW capacity and gas-expansion turbines of up to 2500 kW capacity possess a maximal thermal and economic efficiency in their unitized-modular design manufactured by the AO Kaluga Turbine Works and NPVP Turbokon. An important line of energy conservation is found in the widespread employment of a leasing system of payments, to which governmental, regional, bank and private capital is attracted.
