PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve filling efficiency and multi-pacing efficiency by inserting a bottom face member and a top face member which have been folded with a face having heat-fusion property outside and with respective creases inside, and by heat-sealing end rims to form gussets on upper and lower parts. SOLUTION: Since gussets are provided not only at a lower part of a pouch but also at an upper part of the pouch, and the pouch has more three- dimensional form than a standing pouch, it is easy to carry, and also the form obtained by filling the same amount of contents is more compact. Therefore, a multi-pack of this self-standing bags is also extremely efficient. That is, though the standing pouch has a large dead space in an upper part of the pouch in the multi-pack, the self-standing bag with a pour-out port has an extremely small dead space. The self-standing bag with a pour-out port can be easy to carry and squeeze out by deforming a form of heat-fusion parts on sidewalls.
