The invention provides an optimal identification method of node equivalent transmission parameters based on single PMU (Power Management Unit) measurement section, belonging to the technical field of power grid stability monitoring and early warning based on a WAMS (Wide Area Measurement System). The method combines the existing SCDA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)/EMS(Energy Management System) power grid actual topological structure and the state estimation data, obtains equivalent resistance and equivalent reactance of each node of the power grid through a short circuit calculation program, and takes the equivalent resistance and the equivalent reactance as the initial value of an optimal identification algorithm. The PMU measurement data is filtered, and based on a trace sensitivity technology, node equivalent model parameters are identified quickly and effectively. The optimal identification method of node equivalent transmission parameters based on single PMU measurement section effectively avoids influence of PMU actual measurement data noise on the identification result, and provides reliable data basis for realizing online estimation and preventive control on steady state of a large power grid, thereby improving the intelligent real-time monitoring level of the large power grid.
