The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for controlling on a computer based on a movement track of a mouse. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring the movement track of the mouse when an acquisition condition is met; determining a movement path of the mouse according to the movement track of the mouse; determining a level of the movement path according to the priority of the level and a movement path corresponding to the level; determining control operation corresponding to the movement path according to a corresponding relationship of the movement path and the control operation in the level of the movement path; and executing the control operation on the computer according to an implementation mode of the control operation. The quantity and universality of the control operation corresponding to the movement track of the mouse are improved.
