Applicability analysis of passive energy-saving strategy in Chongqing

In this paper, the author uses the psychometric chart, including active and passive portfolio strategy analysis tools within meteorological data analyzing function of an eco-assisted software — Ecotect, to analyze the applicability of various passive strategies in Chongqing. Author intends to find the best passive energy-saving strategy to apply into constructions of Chongqing area, and provide a reference, as well as a theoretical basis for choosing a passive strategies in the future design of energy-efficient buildings in Chongqing region.
