Hydrogel fluorescent sensor for long term environmental measurement

Long-term environment measurement by hydrogel fluorescence sensor using fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) was developed. Photobleaching of fluorescence sensor is compensated by FRAP in the fluorescence sensor made of low concentration of polyethyleneglycol diacrylate (PEG-DA). Effectiveness of the fluorescence sensor was confirmed by temperature calibration, time-course monitoring of fluorescence, and temperature measurement by the fluorescence sensor.
