Modeling process of upper box for refrigerator inner liner mold on the basis of V-process casting

The invention discloses a modeling process of an upper box for a refrigerator inner liner mold on the basis of V-process casting. The modeling process is characterized by comprising the following process steps: (1) directly processing out a needed convex-mold shape according to the shape of the actual inner liner, and putting a processed convex mold on a positioning template; (2) covering a vacuum sand box on the well-placed convex mold, taking out a model main body in a negative-pressure state, damaging movable blocks of a model, and taking out the movable blocks of the model without damaging the shape of a sand mold and a thin film, and manufacturing into a disposable convex mold; and (3) placing a well-designed casting system on the concave mold, wrapping a plastic thin film on the casting system, simultaneously placing a cold iron block and sand on the inner wall of the concave mold simultaneously, placing a negative-pressure pipeline into a concave model so as to improve the modeling strength, adding dry sand, placing on a vibratory compacting platform after the sand is completely added, pressurizing and forming the upper box.
