The present invention relates to a three-dimensional image display device having light shielding patterns formed by using phase change ink compositions, and a manufacturing method thereof, the three-dimensional image display device comprising: an image generation unit for generating left-sided images and right-sided images; a three-dimensional filter layer which is located on an upper part of the image generation unit and comprises a first region enabling the right-sided images to pass therethrough and a second region enabling the left-sided images to pass therethrough; and a light shielding pattern which is located between the image generation unit and the three-dimensional filter layer and is formed at a location corresponding to a boundary part between the first region and the second region, wherein the light shielding pattern is formed by the phase ink compositions.
