The tube-burst of superheater in large-capacity boilers is an improtant factor resulting in forced shutdown of units,and a large number of tube-burst are caused by overtemperature of tube walls.Hence,in order to accurately understand the wall temperature distribution on platen superheater of the boiler,a measurement test of inner and outer wall temperature has been carried out on the platen superheater of boiler equipped for a supercritical 600 MW unit in Dabieshan Power Plant,collecting in real-time the data variation of wall temperature inside and outside the furnace,finding out the relationship between wall temperatures of platen superheater inside and outside the furnace,and a cognate model between them being given by using the fitting method,and calculation and analysis of three-dimensional wall-temperature distribution being carried out.By using the cognate model developed forthe platen superheater's wall temperature inside and outside the furnace and the temperature to measured at measuring points retainable for a long time outside the furnace,the temperature of overtemperature tube-section inside the furnace can be predicted.Besides,the reliability of results obtained from computing program for three-dimensional wall temperature of the platen superheater can also be verified by using said model.
