Advance in Research on Unknown Analysis of Agricultural Products

The analysis, screening and confirmatory work of unknown or non-target compounds in agricultural products are the focus of research work in agricultural products quality and safety currently. This paper reviewed the progress and application status, problems, research direction and development trend in the future of unknown analysis in agricultural products, built several analysis models based on high resolution accurate molecular mass as platform, omics technology as platform, biomarkers as platform, and other analysis tools. For the purpose of providing a reference on further analysis, screening, monitoring, and early warning of unknown or non-target compounds in agricultural products, and ensuring agricultural products quality and safety.
