Physiological state control of fermentation processes

In this article a novel approach to the control of fermentation processes is introduced. A “physiological state control approach” has been developed using the concept of representing fermentation processes through the current physiological state of the cell culture. No conventional mathematical model is required for the synthesis of such a control system.
