Talent loss is a commonly existing problem. This phenomenon results from many aspects. Talent loss brings about unfavorable influence on hotels. As far as a hotel administrator is concerned, for one thing he should take a correct attitude towards this phenomenon and look for the internal reasons within the hotels, for another he should practise scientific and people-centered management methods to build up a large number of outstanding working staff so that the needs in hotel management and development could be guaranteed.
