Research on the Movement Track of Particles in a New Air Flow Classifier

It′s significant to analyze the movement track of particles in the air flow of classifier during the processing of pulverizing and classifying equipment.By predicting the movement track of particles,the classification accuracy and quality can be improved,and the economic efficiency increased.To reflect the physical and chemical properties of particles and boundary conditions accurately under the influence of the flow,the paper predicted the movement track of particles,based on the numerical simulation results to fix the key geometric dimensions of the new type VS classifier.The results of trial-running prototype show that the simulation classifiered indexes are well consistent with the practical ones.
