Cognitive Radio Network Policy-Agile Autonomous Spectrum Management System Design Based on VSM Methodology

In order to implement efficient spectrum management after wide deployment of CR, this paper proposed policy-agile cognitive radio autonomous spectrum management framework and autonomous system based on viable system model (VSM), which enables the CR node carry out the spectrum management assignment through coordination across the CR network. It enforces the self-restriction of CR network and has high effectiveness, autonomy and viability.
