Research on improving the reliability of PLC control system

On the basis of the principle and characteristic of PLC control system, the factors that affect the reliability of PLC control system are analysed in detail. Accurate methods of power supply and grounding and the workable operable safeguard measures to input/output circuit are dealt with. Three programming methods are put forward for malfunction alert handling . Practice confirms that these methods and measures improve the reliability of PLC control system.
