국내 공동주택 난방부하저감 목표에 따른 외피성능 기준에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze skin performance about heating and cooling load. As a result of analyzing characteristics of heating and cooling load in apartment houses, solar heat gain from window is the most important factor of cooling load. U-value of external wall and window is also important factor. Optimal glazing ratio and U-value of external wall and window are derived from the TRNSYS simulation for reducing heating load from 30% to 40%. The results of this study are as follows; Glazing ratio of 50~65%, U-value of external wall of 0.4~0.47W/㎡k, and U-value of window of 2-2.5W/㎡k which are the performance of envelope for reducing heating load from 30% to 40% can be applied to plans of other dimensions.
