Relative proportion and concentration of main milk proteins were determined in 10 Erhualian sows during lactation (1~20d) after parturition.The concentration of α La tended to increase during lactation 1~4d postpartum,both concentration and proportion of which had no significant changes by F test.The concentration of β Lg,tCN and SA were the highest at 1d after farrowing.During lactation day(1~20d) after parturition,β-Lg concentration tended to decrease,SA concentration gradually decreased,tCN concentration mutated irregularly.The proportion of β Lg varied little during lactation(1~20d).The proportion of tCN successively increased during the experimental period,peaked at 20d postpartum.SA proportion varied little within the first week postpartum,then declined slowly.Igs proportion and concentration,as well as of Lf concentration,were the highest at 1d postpartum,then sharply decreased in subsequent days,lower than in lactation(7~20d).Lf proportion presented downtrend.The proportion and concentration of HMWP gradually rose during 1~7d after parturition.
